THE PROCESSE
CONSULTATION
Your wedding invitation journey begins with a personalized consultation, either in person or online if you are not local to the Jacksonville, Florida area. During this meeting, we’ll dive deep into your wedding vision and explore all the creative possibilities for your invitations.

PAPER OPTIONS
Feel the difference in premium paper stocks, and select from luxurious textures and weights.
CUSTOM ELEMENTS AND EMBELLISHMENTS
Personalize your suite with colored envelopes, custom illustrations, monograms, or a custom wax seal.
OVERALL DESIGN
We’ll dream up every detail from colors, fonts, and layout to finishing touches such as ribbon or vellum overlays I have samples of completed invitations, various paper stocks, ink colors, and font styles that you can view to help you make your decisions.
I will provide you with a quote within 24-48 hours. We will set up a call to discuss the options and answer any questions you may have. When you are ready to move forward, an upfront payment for custom design services and 50% of the invitation suite total is required to begin the proofing process. Full payment is due before your invitations are sent to production. If you choose to pay in full at the start of the process, I’m pleased to offer a 10% discount on the paper products and embellishments to say thank you for trusting me to create a memorable and beautifully designed invitation suite.
CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Before I send the invoice, you will receive an email confirmation detailing all the specifics of your invitation suite, including:
Paper choices
Print styles
Design and Layout
Finishing touches
If we haven’t already, we will finalize the wording, layout, fonts, and color choices for your suite at this time.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
During our initial consultation, we will establish a timeline to ensure your invitations arrive on time. For highly customized designs, the process may take a little longer, but generally:
Proofing: 2-3 weeks (from start to finish)
Production: 2-3 weeks

Your first proof will be sent via email for your review 5-7 business days after payment is received. Once you are 100% satisfied with your invitation suite and have approved the final proof, it will be submitted for production within 36 hours.

Please note: After submission, any changes requiring reprinting will be your responsibility, so it’s crucial to carefully review each item.
PRODUCTION
Once your invitations are completed, they will be shipped to me for a detailed inspection. I will review each suite to ensure that every piece is flawless.
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OPTIONS
HAND DELIVERY: I can personally hand-deliver your invitations or we can meet for handoff. For folks not in the area, I will send them via UPS. Rush shipping is optional for an additional cost.
ASSEMBLY: Your invitations can either come fully assembled or individually packaged based on your preference. Whether you want the experience of assembling them yourself or prefer them to arrive ready to send, I’ll make sure it’s exactly how you envision.
